Welcome to HI-IMPACT SOUTH. Derived from the original northern California-based HI-IMPACT, this diversified group of costumers represents some of the best talent Southern California has to offer. Its members have a wide variety of backgrounds and interests which helps shape the group's unique sense of style. We blend fabric and hardware costuming in several genres.

The group and its counterpart attend numerous conventions and events each year, give panel discussions on costuming, and have won numerous awards for their work. In addition, several members produce prop and costume pieces for movies and television.
